elmenus Egypt LLC ("elmenus") knows that you take your privacy seriously. We do, too. This Privacy Policy covers elmenus' treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other data that elmenus gathers when you are accessing elmenus' Service.

Credit Card Policy

• All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
• elmenus will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

elmenus deals with location, so in order to work, elmenus needs to know your location. Whenever you open and use/interact with the elmenus app on your mobile device or go to elmenus.com, we use the location information from your mobile device or browser (e.g., latitude and longitude) to tailor the elmenus experience to your current location (i.e., we’ll show you a list of nearby restaurants, photos and food). elmenus allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information and ensuring that it is accurate and complete. What if I want you to delete my personal information?

Within 48 hours our team will send you and email on the account attached to your account with verification steps. Upon completing these steps your personal information will be deleted within 10 working days.
