الاكل بارد بسبب تاخير الدليفري مع اني لما اشتكيت قالوا ان الاوردر متاخر بسبب المحل مش الدليفري

أسوء تجربة على الاطلاق

the food has been ready in the restaurant for more than 1 more. elmenus had no drivers nearby but the food was made and left for more than an hour. I could not reach any support. terrible experience. this is the final straw. im deleting this app.

Late delivery and food received very cold

The food was very late and cold accordingly

he came waely befoe iftar at 3 pm.. i told him requestes food by iftar time as i sont want it . he sais ok. but he ended up bringing the same cold sandwiches at iftar

They brought my order two hours and a half after ordering!and Everytime i pay for extra a lot of extra sauce and they take the money and don’t bring the sauce They took more than egp 300 for sauce and didn’t bring any and not even inside the sandwich...
