didn't arrive i demand a full refund ordered for more than 4 hours and kept waiting,the call center called me and told me its on the way and kept me waiting more than 4 hours but nothing arrived and I tried to contact them no response at all

مفيش مصداقيه و بتعمله توصيل للطلب من قبل ما يوصلي ب ٤٥ دقيقة

It was 6 sizzed not 12

but it was soooo late about an hour

المطعم بياخد الفلوس من credit cards ومش بيوصل الطلب و لما بتتكلم مع خدمة العملاء بيقفلوه في وشك

I have not recieved the order yet from 3 hours

Absolutely amazing, delightful fresh donuts and super helpful support. Occasionally doesn't have all donuts available but reaches out to confirm what I wish to do in any case.

Mini dounts very small and they didn’t talk about it while iam ordering

زي القرف الف المنيو دايما مش موجود يتكلمه يفاصلوا معاك وبرضه يبعته الاوردر غلط والتيم كلهم عيال قليلة الادب

order was not delivered

Was sent wrong donut choices

They accepted the order then called me to cancel it which is unprofessional at all and they were rude offering order replacement. It was there problem but they didnt handle it in a polite way

2 hours for order delivery very very baaad experience
