I am writing to formally complain about an issue with my recent order, i placed an order for two boxes: one containing 25 pieces and the other containing 16 pieces. However, only the box with 25 pieces was delivered, while the 16-piece box is missing...

Worst service ever from El menus . No driver assigned to the order, delivery time was mentioned to be iftar time despite the fact that the restaurant is closed till 7:30

The cinnabon is the smallest one i have ever seen it was for my kid and he wasn’t even full when he ate it and the oder was late more than 30 minutes

I didn't receive my orders اصلا ، which I already paid for it
