2 hours late delivery.

I am disappointed with the delay in my order. The delivery wasn't scheduled on time, causing it to arrive later than iftar. I have been trying to reach customer service since 5:30 PM, but no one responded until after the order has been delivered 20 m...

you couldn't have picked a worse cup for the karak tea? it arrived completely squished into its bag and the heat melted the rest of the cup.

sauce is cold and taste is not as usual

i ordered plain rice and didn't receive it and paid for it the food covered with dirty disgusting foil and i wait for like more than an hour even the food wasn't hot very bad experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The food wasn’t great at all

Rice & Nan bread were very good. Also the prawn masala was nice (though it wasn’t what I expected). The Dahl is always nice. However, the spinach is very strange and the mushrooms felt like they are canned mushrooms…. Not very nice.
