horrible food... Paid 100 LE for terrible old stale unseasoned sushi and the most horrible dumplings ever.. the only thing they can do is mediocre sweet and sour chicken at the food courts.. but the dining branch is terrible
used to be a great oriental place to eat and enjoy.. some branches are good some are bad.. even the menu itself varies from one branch to the next.. inconsistency in Gad is killing it
The rice itself is the best thing there is in basmatio.. the sandwiches are terrible, dry and overpriced.. the rice plates are the good things you wanna order
fresh ingredients but the sandwiches are very small for price.. boring taste.. not good enough
terrible waiters.. the call buttons is a joke for them i guess.. nothing special about the drinks or the food specially the coffee.. overpriced franchise
no quality... This always happens to a franchise that people fall in love with at the beginning.. they fail people gradually.. the only thing that's good at cilantro is the books on the shelves.. oh wait ! they got those out in the city stars branch

amazing hospitality... good food.. good value for the money.. a great atmosphere with indian songs and colors around you... the complimentary coconut icecream served in a coconut was awesome.. no complaints
