El cookies i expected its made by four fat ladies but its not, and unfortunately it tastes below avg . The 7x7 cake tasted better before :/

I received a wrong item and charged for my initial order despite calling and asking for correction

It comes later one hour than what’s the application wrote ,and the problem with the application not the driver

cake was too dry and too sweet. we didn't enjoy it.

not great, the cakes taste synthetic and fake. the consistency was not good either. disappointed since we used to love ffl cakes.

worst chocolate ever tasted in a brownies its I should suggest calling brown sugar cakes both salted carmel && Mini Brookies are terrible

Cookies are horrible. Tasteless! Packed inside an unsealed box, very unhygienic and definitely a waste of money. NEVER again!

They always refuse orders and last time I tried they changed the delivery fees froM 23 to 55 so had to cancel and the fees change is not updated on the El menus App! Very BAD experience will never try again and you should take them down from ur app

The carrot cake was fine, the frosting was really bad it was melted, it tasted like Kerry cheese and lemons I thought it went bad. I order it every time and it’s perfect. This time it was terrible I threw it out

Requested 15 egl more for Delivery after paying the order , VERY STRANGE ...
