Horrible service! The waiters and managers are extremely rude and should definitely not be working in the hospitality business.

Very very dirty, but the food is okay.

Food was decomposed, in Etoile Tivoli Dome Food Court, all waiters admit it, and they told me that the cafe's manager will come to apologize, but instead of that, the manager told me it's a new flavor?!!!!
