the order was requested to not have any type of cheese however half or over half the received order was had cheese

بصراحة كنت بحبه جدا ، لكن للاسف اخر مرة كان طعمه سيء جدا ، وكنت هرجع وانا لسه باكل ، فيه حاجة غلط

It’s not as good as before

I didn’t receive the order

I ordered shrimp tampora maki and texico roll special ura maki and I got chicken instead of shrimp without any notification of this change!

Delivery is super late. Sushi are very very very very bad. Don’t recommend

Food was so cold

Late on delivery, very poor support from call center, some items was so salty

بصراحة انتو ذودتو الموضوع قوي، ساعة ونص ويجيلي اكل بارد والحجم نص الطبيعي. للاسف غلطة مش هتتكرر

I got food poisoning from the sushi although it’s supposed to be cooked but the ingredients are not fresh and the garnell’s customer service were of no help

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. order delayed more than 2 hours i called the restaurant many times, and calls were hung up!! very rude customer service agents!! when the food arrived, the ginger was decayed!!
