الخقيقة كانت تجربة صادمة..البطاطس الفرسكس طعمها وحش جدا وكلها عجين..البصل الخلقات مافيوش بصل دا عجين..البهارات بتاعت كوك دور الي مافيش زيها في مصر بقت سيئة جدا..الوجبة الدايت فراخها محروقة وناشفة...الصوص طعمه وحش انا بجد مش مصدقة ازاي مستواكم نزل كده

مش هاتكلم عن الطعم اللي فوجئت انه سيء جدا و الاكل بارد بس حابة اتكلم عن الخداع و الكذب و الغش لما تقولوا ٢ قطعة صدور معناها ٢ قطعة مش قطعة مقطوعة بالسكين على اتنين او ثلاثة و لما قولوا ٤ قطع شيش يبقوا ٤ قطع مش قطعتين مقطوعين بالسكين على ٤ انا مصدومة

extreme negligent from the menus team and the restaurant . order was two hours late from iftar time , and when it arrived it came wrong! worst experience ever!

I ordered sandwiches to be with brown bread but I received ordinary bread although call center confirmed about brown bread for large sandwiches only

it was my first time to order cook door in many years now and it was a very bad experience, poor quality with artificial taste. fries were cold and not crunshy and some of them were even burnt!

We ordered friskas fries and paid an extra amount but we didn't get it, also the whole order taste was not that good
