I ordered from Maadi branch, they mistakenly dropped one item and they admitted its them mistake and didn't bother sending it to me although I paid for it. They told me that there is no delivery boy ready to serve me.

The guy came with no change. I can't believe that a delivery guy had only 5 pounds in his pockets. It should be my choice how much and If I want to tip them. This is quite unprofessional.

The peach didn't taste good

Beef bacon tasted really bad and had to remove it all from the sandwich. I asked for scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs but as if I didn’t ask for anything.
